A glass of water with 1tsp Epsom or Glauber salts added. 5-6 Oz of fresh vegetable juice.

Breakfast :

2-3 Oz diluted juice. Fruit juice is good at this point for the energy supplied by the sugars.

During The Morning :

Another 2-3 Oz diluted fruit juice.

Lunch :

5-6 Oz diluted vegetable juice.

During The Afternoon :

2-3 Oz diluted fruit juice.

Dinner :

No later than 7 p.m. ; 4 Oz diluted vegetable juice and 2 Oz diluted fruit juice, not mixed together.

Before Bed :

1 cup of herbal tea, perhaps a sleep-inducing one or one with laxative properties.
